Two lodging options are available:
1. Hotel:
A block of hotel rooms has been reserved at the Union South Hotel, which is just one street across from the conference site.
The rate is $179 per room per night. You can make a reservation using THIS LINK.
The default stay is from 5/30 to 6/1. If you need to extend your stay, whether arriving early or leaving later, please contact the hotel directly at (608) 263-2600. They have plenty of availability on either side of the event.

2. Campus Dorms (Ogg Residence Hall):
- Single occupancy: $75 per person per night.
- Double occupancy: $48 per person per night. (You may specify whom you would like to stay with during the reservation step)
- Each room is furnished with beds, bedsheets, pillows, pillowcases, comforters, bath towels, hand towels, small soaps, and shampoo
- Air conditioning and a small refrigerator in each room
- Well-maintained shared shower and bathroom facilities

- Please note that for campus dorms, reservations are made first with payment to follow. Payment is due 7 days prior to check-in.
- While the deadline (April 30th) to secure a dorm room has passed, you can still make a reservation with a high chance of securing one, though availability is not fully guaranteed.
